Stress release is essential for self care, healing and supporting your immune system. In our group stress release sessions we target specific gross motor movements that help move our nervous system in and out of positions of protection.
Breath is cued throughout the movements to increase tension release and support sympathetic and parasympathetic regulation. Movements can be modified as needed to support participation for everyone.
